Tiny Dancer

Aubrey had her very first little dance performance today. The teacher says they have all come a long way since the start of the year and I am so proud of her. Such a cute little class she is in. It was so fun to watch.

Brady's First Reconciliation

Brady celebrated his First Reconciliation a few weeks ago and we are so proud of him. They really love this part of second grade, and we love that they are growing up in the church and are so proud to be a part of it. It was a very nice day. He can't wait until his First Communion in May.

Just finished...he looks pretty proud :)

I am pretty sure I wasn't supposed to distract him with pictures during his penance but he just looked so cute.

Yay Brady!!

A beautiful day at the Zoo!

Brady had a field trip with his entire 2nd grade...which is like 90 kids, so not that many :) It was such a perfect day to go to the zoo. It wasn't hot or cold. The tiger was up and pacing like he was ready to kill. I haven't hear the tiger roar like that before. It was real nice to have that fence separate us, but even then I was a little on edge. I am so glad Brady invited me to come with him today. Love you buddy!

Singing and Serving

Joshua was chosen to sing at school during Mass and he was so excited. He has also been training to be an alter server and can't wait to do that too. I just love that he is so involved. We are so proud of him. Great job buddy!!:)

Park City

Over Labor Day weekend started off right with a girls night in Park City and a fun shopping day up in Heber for Swiss Days. I decided to extend our stay with my little family and have some fun in Park City. We invited the Rico family one night and my parents the other. It was a great time and the kids had a blast! I didn't take a lot of pictures but here are a few from our fun day with the Ricos.

The kids loved the bungee trampoline. I think they did it 10 times each. It looked fun :)

Aubrey loved the little rides of course. She is a merry-go-round junkie...haha.

Well...I suck. I can't believe it has been a month since I posted. Dang you facebook! It seems that is the way to post these days but I want to make sure and also post here for my blog books.

I am so sad that I did not get a blog post up in time for Joshua's birthday so here it goes....a little late :)

I am so happy Joshua is ours. He is such a good kid and the best big brother. We are so lucky!! Joshua is so smart and works very hard on everything he does. He is a shining star in my book and I love his guts! Thank you for being my sweet boy. I love you with all my heart. Forever.

First Day of School!!!!

Well, the summer is over and school started this week. The kids were so excited and we had our last blast spending the day as a family downtown at the Discovery Gateway Children's Museum. After the museum we went to the Chocolate Factory for a treat. It was a really great day! The boys were so excited and put out all their clothes. Aubrey got sick on the Friday before so it just broke my heart that she wouldn't be going. We still let her get all dressed up and decided to take her early to just say hi to the teacher and see her classroom. We got out of there before any kids arrived. Poor thing, all she could talk about for a week was her "castle school" and now she hasn't even been able to go. That's okay, she'll get there. Here are some fun pics from Monday morning :) I still can't believe they are in 2nd and 4th!!?!

She was not about to let her brothers get a lunchbox with out her. So yes, she just plays with it around the house and puts her toys in it. On this day she put her breakfast in it..haha.

My cute boys!

Joshua said it was embarrassing for us to walk him to class so I had to sneak up and grab a picture when he wasn't looking :)

Leaving the boys school...

Aubrey is a half hour after the boys so we came back to finish breakfast...which she later threw up all over. Lovely.

Walking in she was so excited. Poor girl was like...why the heck is school only 5 minutes...?? What's happening?

We got a quick pic with her teacher Ms.Debi

The teacher gave her the art lesson for the day and we took it home to do together with the promised treat to get her out of there. I guess we'll try again next week :)
